Established in 1989 by Tassos Tremetoushiotis - Civil Engineer, Top Properties Group has today a portfolio of more than 600 delivered properties all around Cyprus. During the years of our activity we have managed to build a team of Civil Engineers and Architects who can assist with any needs regarding your dream home or investment, we have chosen the best builders and technicians to construct any project, we have managed to successfully sell and build more than 150 off-plan properties of our own projects and we have today more than 250 clients who trust our after-sale services, maintenance and property management. The firm also owns a self-catered holiday apartment complex in Kato Paphos with 116 units.
The History:
Initially the firm was focused on design, supervision and project management of small construction projects. After a few years of experience working for third party major constructions companies and offering services as freelancers or independent engineers on supervision or structural analysis or projects for development companies and the government we managed to gain the experience to evolve. In 1992 we got officially involved into construction hiring our own crew of builders and technicians and creating our own team of experts using our own equipment and heavy machinery we could handle projects of more than 8000 sq. meters.
In the late years of the 90's Top Properties has joined the property development industry where we successfully design, marketed and delivered more than 450 units in Paphos until 2008. Starting from Artemis Complex in Pegeia with 3 detached 2 story villas with their own pool, following an 8 units complex also in Pegeia - Artemis No. 2, a two block complex with 25 units in the Paphos City center 'Artemis No. 4' and several other complexes of 10-15 units in Kato Paphos. Simultaneously the firm was designing and selling off-plan projects to investors or building permanent residences or holiday homes for individual clients.
We then introduced property management and maintenance to be able to offer to our clients after-sales care and services. Simultaneously we have invested in the tourism industry creating one of the best self-catered holiday apartments complex in Kato Paphos - Cyprus, Artemis Cynthia Complex, where we receive and accommodate more than 10,000 guests per year.
